Today
The humble beginnings of Endonela started with a small trading venture, focused on providing essential services and basic technical training to local communities. This year marked the foundation of a vision to uplift people through accessible skills and education.
With the growing demand for technical skills, Endonela expanded by establishing its first official training center. Accredited by TESDA, the center offered programs in welding and driving, equipping individuals with hands-on skills that opened doors to new employment opportunities both locally and abroad.
The transformation into Endonela Institute of Technology Foundation, Inc. solidified its mission as a non-stock, non-profit institution. This milestone represented not only growth but also a deeper commitment to serving underprivileged communities by making education more inclusive.
Today, EITFI has grown into a leading TESDA-accredited institution offering diverse programs such as heavy equipment operation, bookkeeping, and wellness massage. With over 500 graduates annually, the institute continues to empower individuals, connect them to industries, and inspire future generations.
The Endonela Institute of Technology Foundation Inc. (EITFI) serves as an instrument to establish the Five Houses entrusted by God to His servant, Mr. Joel F. Endonela. These houses aim to reach underserved areas, empowering families through skills training and passive income opportunities for sustainable living and financial freedom.
To raise a new generation of skillful and talented youth who will create jobs, build businesses, and strengthen industries — living abundant and purposeful lives in the presence of God.
A foundation of faith through the church, guiding communities spiritually and morally.
Expanding education through EITFI schools and training programs.
Creating opportunities through the Endonela Group of Companies.
Building clinics and hospitals to ensure wellness and care.
Developing subdivisions and communities that foster strong families.
“Through cooperation and unity among the members of the Endonela Technical Scholarship Program, the Five Houses will give rise to strong, prosperous, and happy families rooted in God. This will bring peace, harmony, and love — creating a life that mirrors paradise on earth.”
